Three men have been arrested in Cincinnati and are being charged in connection with what Oakland County Sheriff Michael Bouchard called Wednesday the "execution" of a Pontiac businessman during an alleged armed robbery at a marijuana business.

PONTIAC, MI – Officials are investigating after a 66-year-old businessman was shot and killed in Oakland County. According to WXYZ-TV in Detroit, the Oakland County Sheriff’s Office responded to a business in the 1000 block of University Drive in Pontiac at 8 p.m. on Monday.

Bouchard said three suspects have been arrested in connection with the murder. William Creasy, Scott Brown and Deonte Prophett are charged with felony murder among other offenses. Bouchard said the three men from Ohio were after drugs, stealing 50lbs of marijuana after killing Simko.
