A 10-hour standoff between police and an allegedly armed man barricaded in a North Portland home ended Wednesday night with no shots fired and no injuries, police said. A suspect was barricaded inside a home in the area of North Hudson Street and North John Avenue, with police asking people to stay indoors or stay away.
