Two drivers who were racing their vehicles on the Beltline on Saturday night caused a crash that sent two adults and two children in a third vehicle to the hospital, Madison police reported.

A female Army Ranger for the first time competed in the annual Best Ranger Competition, and her two-soldier team finished the grueling three-day event in 14th place overall.
