Madonna has finally announced the release of 'Veronica Electronica', the long-rumoured remix accompaniment to her 1998 album 'Ray of Light'. The eight-track compilation features rare and unreleased remixes from the likes of Sasha, William Orbit, Peter Rauhofer and Victor Calderone — alongside demo versions of the album's original tracks.

"I was ready to shed a new skin and take a road less traveled by," the pop icon shared of creating the character.
