In my experience, Flexjobs has job postings that want candidates to have 10-15 years of very specific experience, along with ALL of the knowledge and skills one can possibly list in a job posting. I would rate it as NOT worth it, and I'm canceling my subscription.

Mar 31, 2024 · On Flexjobs, they have a number of skill quizzes you can take and each of them are a fair time sink being 40 questions or so. I did a few, got great scores and felt good about them. Yet when I started doing actual applications, I don't see any real indicator that the employer is ever shown these quizzes.
